Nuts & Bolts – Workshop 3 is about the business systems that grease the gears of your practice. Effective systems, from staff management to accounts receivables to traffic flow and more, help create greater capacity, reduce stress,and make practice more fun!
For Whom? – Workshop 4 brings it all together by packaging the key elements of Workshops 1 thru 3 in deep understanding of customer service and the “Practice Member Experience.” Also in this Workshop – Powerful Team Building Exercises.
 
Workshops start on Saturday mornings at 9AM and conclude on Sunday morning at 11AM.
